YOGA STYLE

I have been teaching for 10 years. I trained under Kate Pell and Dan Alder.

I am certified as a yoga teacher through Yoga Australia.

My yoga teaching style is informed by Iyengar, Ashtanga, hatha, vinyasa flow, restorative and yin practice, intuition and the students present in the class.

In the classes I teach there will be: a mix of balance, strength and mobility exercises, grounding, breath work, flow movements and attention to alignment. Every class finishes with a restorative practice.

I adjust poses and instructions for the needs of each body in the room.

I teach adult classes, mixed age classes, family yoga, kids’ yoga, senior yoga, walking meditation as well as yoga in the park and mindful movement sessions at Mt Cootha Bushland.

I take private bookings- one on one or small groups.

Time carved out in the day for you. Self care. Connecting to the breath. Slowing down, pausing, listening to your body.
